Meet Me !
For the past fifteen years I have been creating and loving Jemima & Me. I have been very lucky in life in that I have enjoyed everything that I have done up to now. I started off by training as a psychiatric nurse at Sunnyside Royal Infirmary ( some years ago, I won't say how many !) I then decided to have a change and used my Nurse training to work as a Children's Nanny. This I did for several years spending time in Glasgow, London and Italy. I worked with the most lovely families some of whom have become life long friends. It was during this time that I discovered a love of photography and went on to study full time in Glasgow for three years which brings me to now..........
So I now live in my quirky wee cottage in Perthshire. I love spending time outdoors even in the wind and rain. I am truly inspired by my surroundings and by nature. I love spending time with animals and making fun animal portraits. As a result I have had several solo exhibitions of my work and hope to do this again in the very near future.
